Nutrition, Farming, HTMA, and Healthy Kids
My interest in nutrition started as a child as my family explored healthy living and started growing our own food on a hobby farm. I loved to read health and farming books and started forming opinions on alternative health approaches early on. Finding HTMA opened doors for me to be able to provide life-change for people wanting to improve their health, live better lives, and support their body’s ability to detoxify and heal itself. In high school, I read Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Natasha Campbell-McBride and was introduced to the idea of using specialized diet to heal disease. Her book and diet program were also what inspired my desire to work with kids, especially those with ADHD, autism, and other childhood diseases.
